Improving lecturers' competence in writing nationally accredited scientific papers

Lecturers are required to produce scientific papers for improving their careers. However, there many lecturers who do not understand how write and publish it. This community service aims improve the competence of in writing so that they can make good The program is carried out two stages: 1) preparation stage, 2) implementation through training on paper. results showed participants were able basics writing, parts articles, 3) publication policies, 4) criteria requirements publishing accredited journals, 5) paraphrase techniques, 6) citation using Mendeley, 7) technique compiling according standard template journals.
